1. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: We charge a flat shipping rate of Rs. 300 on all orders across Pakistan.

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 6,000.

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Order Processing Time: Once your order is confirmed, it takes 1 to 2 business days to pack and dispatch from our warehouse.

  • Estimated Delivery Time:

    • Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, etc.): 5 to 7 business days.

    • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 7 to 10 business days.

Please note: Deliveries may experience slight delays during public holidays, mega sales events, or severe weather conditions.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or Email. You can use this number on our courier partner’s website to track your parcel's real-time journey.

4. Payment Methods & Delivery Options

To ensure smooth operations, our payment and delivery terms vary by location:

  • Rawalpindi: Both Cash on Delivery (COD) and Advance Payment methods are available.

  • All Other Cities (Outside Rawalpindi): We operate strictly on an Advance Payment basis. Orders will only be processed and dispatched once the payment is confirmed via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash

 

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please take a photo/video immediately and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement for you as soon as possible.
